Delivery of Files
Method: Files are delivered via secure private download link (e.g., WeTransfer, Dropbox).
Standard Format: Uncompressed WAV files (typically 48kHz or 96kHz / 24-bit), cleaned and edited.
Retention: We retain backup copies of your project for [6 Months] after delivery. After this period, files may be purged from our servers.
No Returns / Right of Withdrawal Exception
Notice to Consumers (B2C) and Businesses (B2B): Our services fall under the exception of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16) regarding the "Right of Withdrawal." Because the service involves the creation of customized digital content (recordings based on your specific score) and the immediate booking of live performers:
There are no refunds once the recording session has commenced.
There are no returns on digital files delivered.
Defective Services
If the recording contains technical defects (e.g., digital clipping, dropouts, unwanted studio noise), The Client must notify us within [7 days] of delivery. We will rectify technical errors at no additional cost.
